- What are you looking for in a new home? Together we will go over your needs and wants; location, price range, style, size, amenities, current and anticipated future needs, etc
- When you are ready to preview houses I will arrange for the showings as well as track the properties you have already seen
- Once you have found your dream home, I will walk you step by step through the offer to purchase process, explaining each step along the way
- When your offer is accepted, I will be there for guidance as you seek necessary professional services, as needed, for services like: Home and/or Radon Inspections, Surveys, Quotes for Homeowner’s Insurance, Home Warranty Program, Lead Based Paint, Attorney/Settlement Company
- I will remain in constant contact with you, your lender and the settlement company throughout the entire transaction
- Remind you to convert the utilities to your name in coordination with your closing/settlement date
- Assist you in your final walk-thru of the property
- Attend closing with you
